This is our multi-use 15 in round chafer. It comes with a lid, a 6 1/2 quart food pan and water pan.
If you pull the food pan out , leaving the pan in and replace it with a pizza stone you now have a portable hot plate
Perfect for a 16-inch pizza or any other food dish that needs to say warm and presentable.
Pull all the pans out and you can add direct heat to a 15 inch cast iron pan
It is multiple use and looks great. I think it will make an attractive addition to your buffet line.
Recently we combined our Business (KAP Banquet Products) with another company to greatly increase our production capacity. Material costs have been increasing rapidly and with this merger we will be much better able to keep our prices down.
